LAUNCH X431 PRO3S+ Diagnostic Tool Supports More Than 41+ Special Resets [CONTINUOUSLY GROWING WITH UPDATES]
LAUNCH X431 PRO3S+ provides you with the following commonly used service functions, enabling you to quickly access the vehicle system for various regular service and maintenance performance.
1. EPB Reset (Electronic Parking Brake Reset) : After replacing the brake pads, you need to reset the position of the brake pads before installing the new brake pads to close the warning light.
2. Oil Lamp Reset : Close the oil service light, reset service mileage & service interval after replacing the engine oil, and the next maintenance calculation cycle is entered.
3. SAS Reset (Steering Angle Calibration Reset) : Learn to correct the angle and solve the problem of the steering angle of the steering wheel.
4. BMS Reset (Battery Register / Battery Maintenance) : Use the power management system, the battery needs to be re-matched after the battery is replaced, so that the car computer can recognize the new battery.
5. ABS Brake Bleeding : When changing a new brake fluid, there is a high possibility that air will enter the brake fluid pipeline. In the traditional way, one person steps on the brake and another person changes the operating fluid. This function can perform the brake operation, and only one person is required to change the brake fluid.
6. ETS Reset (Electronic Throttle Position Learn/Throttle Matching) : After the engine has been working for a long time, there will be serious carbon deposits in the throttle, which will affect the intake. After cleaning or replacing the throttle, the throttle opening cannot match the original ECU. This is to allow the ECU to enter Throttle learning status, let the ECU re-match the throttle opening.
7. TPMS Reset (Tire Pressure Monitor System Reset) : When replacing TPMS sensors or the signal from the sensor is lost it can quickly look up the tire sensor from the vehicle’s ECU, reset tire pressure and turn off the tire pressure MIL.
8. GEAR Reset (Gear Learning) : The vehicle has a crankshaft position sensor. This sensor collects the 58-tooth signal of the flywheel to determine the top dead center ignition time of a cylinder (reference signal). If this sensor is replaced, the reference will be lost, and gear signal learning is necessary.
9. Injector Reset (Injector Coding) : The engine injector has a code. After replacement, you need to write a new code into the computer so that the car computer can correctly identify the injector.
10. IMMO Reset (Immobilizer) : In order to prevent the car from being used by illegal keys, the car can be opened and used normally only after the remote key is recognized and authorized by the immobilizer control system on the car through this function.
11. SUS Reset (Suspension) : This function needs to be performed to level the body height sensor in the air suspension system when the body height sensor and the control module or the car is leveled incorrectly.
12. AFS Reset (Adaptive Frontlighting System) : It can detects the ambient light and then decides whether to turn on the headlights automatically. It can also adjust the headlights in time by monitoring the speed of the vehicle and the posture of the body.

If your Launch X431 V+, X431 Pro5 or X431 Pro3S+ Lenovo Android tablet appears "Your device is corrupt. It can't be trusted and will not boot”, how to fix this error?
Don't be afraid! It can be solved by reflashing firmware and resetting factory settings.

2.Reflash X431 Lenovo Android tablet with the instructions as follows
Step 1: Use Qfil to flash into the special aboot.img
1.Prepare the special aboot.img: download the emmc_appsboot_printlog_and_repair.mbn above
2.Prepare X431 Android tablet, i.e WIFI PRC TB-X605FC_S000078_200119_PRC
3.Open Qfil, load software TB-X605FC_S000078_200119_PRC
4.Turn off tablet. Press power key and plug in USB cable at the same time, machine will enter EDL, Qfil will recognize port 9008
5.Select Tools tab>> Partition Manager, and then press OK
6. In the partition manager list, find “aboot” Label
7. Right-click the selected aboot line, and then select “Manage Partition Data”
8.Select “Load Image”
9. Upload aboot image emmc_appsboot_printlog_and_repair.mbn downloaded above
10. Reflashing device in process…
Click Close>> Close>> OK, then the tablet with restart.
Step 2: Use Qfil to reflash back to the default setting
Turn off Launch X431 Tool, press and hold the volume up button and plug in the USB cable at the same time.
Make the device enter 9008 mode again
Use Qfil to reflash into the default setting
Now the RPBM partition data errors can be solved.
Kindly notice:
If your X431 tablet fails to start after step 1 (flash into the special aboot.img), then it may not be the same problem, you’d better send the device to your dealer for further analysis.
