You can renew your subscription in two ways—either by purchasing a Launch Subscription Renewal Card or renewing directly via the device’s Mall app.

Method 1: Purchase a Launch Subscription Renewal Card

1. Buy the appropriate subscription card from an authorized dealer.
2. Provide your device serial number (SN) to customer service.
3. You’ll receive a renewal card with a Card Number and Password.

• Launch X431 TESLA Diagnostic Software Subscription for X431 PAD V

1. Go to the Mall from the main menu.
2. Check your current subscription status. (e.g., “Expires on: 2025-05-02”)

3. Select “Renew Full (144 software)” under the appropriate package.

4. Choose your preferred duration:
   • 12 months
   • 24 months
   • 36 months
   • Or select “SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL CARD” if using Method 1.

5. Click “Next” and review the list of 144 software packages included.
6. Click “Confirm”.

Payment Options:

• VISA
• PayPal

7. Input the card number and the related info, and click “Confirm”

8. Once completed, the expiration date will update and the status will show as “Active.”
