SmartlinkB_xxxxxx: it means you will use Smartlink B to take remote the client vehicle.
J2534 Remote diagnosis: it means you have installed OEM software and Launch Tech J2534 driver on your PC. You will take remote by J2534 protocol.

How to efficiently receive remote diagnosis orders using Launch SmartLink B on the smartlink service platform? Follow this step-by-step guide to start receiving and managing remote diagnostic orders efficiently.
Step 2: Activate Your Device Return to the Login Page after registration. Select "Service Provider" and log in using your username and password.
From the left menu, click "Management" > "Activate Device." On the right, click "Activate Device." Enter the SN (Serial Number) and Activation Code (found on the envelope included with your SmartLink B). Click "OK" to complete the activation.
Step 3: Receive Remote Diagnosis Orders There are three scenarios for receiving orders:
Scenario 1: Client-Specific Requests
Click "My Appointment." If a client specifically requests your service, their request will appear in your service list. Click "View Details." Select the request and click "Create Remote Connection." Remind the client to connect their Launch SmartLink C to the vehicle's OBD port. Wait for the devices to connect successfully.
Scenario 2: Pre-Prepared Clients
When a client has already connected their SmartLink C to the vehicle's OBD port, they will receive a 6-digit Link Code. Click "View Details" and then "Create Remote Connection" to establish the connection. Wait for confirmation before proceeding.
Scenario 3: Exploring Public Demands
Click "Public Demands" and select "View Details." Browse the list of requests from clients worldwide. Pick orders that interest you, negotiate service details and fees with the client. Once agreed, click "Create Remote Connections." The client will connect their SmartLink C to the vehicle's OBD port. Begin the remote diagnostic process.
Step 4: Perform Remote Diagnostics Once the Launch SmartLink C V2.0 and SmartLink B V2.0 are successfully connected: Use specialized diagnostic software with the Launch X431 or other compatible diagnostic tools to perform accurate remote diagnostics and repairs.
Step 5: Mark the Job as Completed After completing the task, remember to mark the job as "Finished" on the platform to close the order.
