Toyota Camry Mechanical Key Generating and Adding by Launch X431 IMMO Elite

1. Check if the Software is Updated:
   • Click "Update" from the main menu to verify if the software is the latest version.

 

2. Read Transponder:
   • Select “Read Transponder” from the main menu.
   • Place the original car key into the coil of the Launch X431 Key Programmer.
   • Click “Read Transponder” to retrieve the chip information.
   • The IMMO type should identify as transponder 46.

 

3. Detect Frequency:
   • Select “Frequency Detection.”
   • Keep the original car key in the coil of the X-431 Key Programmer.
   • Press the key remote control button to identify the key's frequency.
   • The frequency detected should be 315.09 MHz ASK.

 

4. Generate Remote:
   • From the main menu, select “Vehicle Remote.”
   • Navigate to ASIA >> Toyota >> Corolla >> Corolla 12-17 ASK 314 Australia.
   • Place the key into the key programmer to generate the remote.
   • Click “Generate” to create the remote.
   • The process should complete successfully.

 

5. Add Mechanical Key:
   • After generating the remote, open the anti-theft software on the X431 IMMO Elite Key Programmer to add the key.
   • Select IMMO >> TOYOTA >> TOYOTA V10.10 >> Immobilizer/Keys Programming >> Vehicle Mode >> Other Region >> CAMRY >> -2018 >> Mechanical Key >> Type 5 (With G 72) >> Add Key.
   • Review the on-screen prompts:
     • “To clear or add other keys, one main key must be available.”
     • To identify main and sub-keys:
       • If the immobilizer lamp (security) does not light up after inserting the key, it is a main key.
       • If the lamp turns on for 1 second and then off, the key is a sub-key.
   • Click "OK" to continue.
   • Insert the matched main key, turn on the ignition, and press "OK."
   • Insert the new key and wait for 60 seconds for the anti-theft light to turn off. The key matching will be complete.

 

6. Match Remote Control:
   • Go back to the previous screen and select "Remote Type 2" >> “Remote Control Matching.”
   • Turn the ignition switch on and open the driver's side door.
   • Simultaneously press the lock and unlock buttons for 4 seconds, then press the unlock button for 1 second.
