How to Unlock NASTF on Launch X431 IMMO Tablet?

Step 1: Buy NASTF License in the Mall
Step 2: Register your NASTF account
Step 3: Authorize the NASTF to your scanner

Compatible devices: 
Launch X431 IMMO Plus, X431 IMMO Elite, IMMO Pro, IMMO PAD, and the tablet with X-prog3 and IMMO software package

Background:
In order to further improve Launch X431 products and services, LAUNCH has joined the National Automotive Service Task Force (NASTF).
The IMMO software needs to meet NASTF specifications.
Before using IMMO related functions, you must log in to the NASTF VSPID account first.
For users in the United States and Canada, it is necessary to log in to the NASTF account before using the IMMO software.
1.Purchase Launch authorization from the mall. (Purchase authorization through the mall or activate with a license which will be available soon, please pay attention to App updates).
2.Register by visiting the official website: https://wp.nastf.org/

NOTE:

• Starting mid-January 2025, American and Canadian users are required to unlock NASTF to use the IMMO function. All IMMO tablets will require this license (no matter registered or new tools)
• Before mid-January 2025, if your device asks to buy NASTF license, ignore it. Just update App and it goes normal.
•  Only need to bind the NASTF account to the IMMO tablet for the first time, and then you can use it forever.

When performing IMMO or IMMO Prog function, Launch will ask to buy NASTF license.

Select NASTF License (US$49.99 for lifetime)>> Get Discount Now

Confirm the order, select the payment method (PayPal or Credit card) and click “Check out”

For example:
Pay by credit card
Input the payment info and click “Confirm”


Step 2: Register your NASTF account

Then Launch will ask you to bind User information.

If you already have a NASTF account, enter NASTF VSP ID, Passcode, name and click "Sumbit"

If not, hit Join NASTF. It will access the NASTF official website.

You need to register an account on NASTF.

Step 3: Authorize the NASTF to your scanner

After registration, back to Launch tablet. Run X431 IMMO Apk.

Input the NASTF account, passcode, and username to bind to your X431 IMMO Plus or X431 IMMO Elite Key Programmer, etc.

Then you can use the IMMO function normally.

Note: the passcode can be obtained through the Authy APP.
