Detailed info: I recently purchased the Creader Elite V2.0 BBA from you, but it's not functioning correctly. When I try to access the "Mall" option, a message appears saying, "Warning! Code2, invalid token." Additionally, when I try to enter the "Upgrade" section, it displays, "Network failure, please verify your internet connection and device time before proceeding." This message keeps showing up, no matter which Wi-Fi network I connect to. Could you please help me identify the issue?
