How to Send Diagnostic Feedback on Launch X431 Scanner?
Sometimes, when you use Launch X431 tablet, it may appear being unable to access the engine system/unable to enter a certain function option, and being prompted with "Serial Number Access Is Prohibited"/ "Function not available", etc.
To solve these issues quickly, you’d better upload the diagnostic feedback to facilitate LAUNCH engineers to analyze the cause.
Simple steps: Here take X431 IMMO Pad as an example, the method applies to all Launch X431 tablets. 1.Click “Feedback” on the main menu of X431 tool
2.You will get a prompt “The last 20 vehicles diagnostic sessions have been saved. To submit a bug report, please highlight the session and submit to our engineering team.” Just click “OK” to continue
3.Select the car brand needs feedback (i.e. TOYOTA)
4.Click “Choose file” and select the diagnostic log (the diagnostic log is generally dated for easy confirmation)
5. Input your contact information (Phone Number/Email)
6.After that, click “SUBMIT RESULT” 7.You will receive the prompt “The diagnostic log is successfully uploaded…” after the submission is successful.
If you want to check whether the Launch engineer responds, you can find your diagnostic feedback submission record in the “History” option.
