How to Reset NOx Sensor for ISUZU Truck by Launch X431 PAD V Elite?
Launch X431 PAD V Elite with SmartLink C offers two effective methods to reset the NOx Sensor for ISUZU trucks. To perform this function, you will need the additional Launch X431 HD Truck Software Authorization and Adapters Package.
Method 1: Via Service Function
1.Select Service Function
Go to Service Function >> NOx Sensor.
Read the NOx Sensor introduction and select "TO DIAGNOSE".
2.Choose ISUZU and Software Version
Select ISUZU >> HD_ISUZU Diagnostic Software V16.70 >> OK.
Choose Global (Except North American) >> Urea SCR >> NOx Sensor 1 Data Reset.
3.Perform the Reset
Ensure the engine is stopped.
Click "Reset", and the value will change to "Reset".
Method 2: Via Local Diagnosis
1.Select Local Diagnosis
Go to Local Diagnosis >> Truck >> ISUZU.
2.Choose Software Version and Vehicle Details
Select HD_ISUZU Diagnostic Software V16.70 >> OK >> Truck >> Global (Except North American) >> Vehicle Select.
Enter the corresponding vehicle details, including:
3.Manual Selection and Verification
Select Manual Select >> Urea SCR.
Verify the vehicle information.
4.Perform the Reset
Go to Actuation Test >> Data Reset >> NOx Sensor 1 Data Reset.
Ensure the engine is stopped.
Click "Reset" to complete the operation.
Done!

- Make (e.g., F Series)
- Engine (e.g., 4HK1)
- Transmission (e.g., MZZ)
3.Manual Selection and Verification
Select Manual Select >> Urea SCR.
Verify the vehicle information.
4.Perform the Reset
Go to Actuation Test >> Data Reset >> NOx Sensor 1 Data Reset.
Ensure the engine is stopped.
Click "Reset" to complete the operation.
Done!
