This is HD15F to OBDII 16 Male Integrated Test Connector (OBDII-16 Cable):
*As shown in the figure marked red below
Connection method:
Remove the red connector on the top of the OBDII-16 Cable
Then connect the OBDII-16 Cable and Launch X431 SmartLink C 2.0
Finally you can connect these wire harness with the 10-Pin Jumper Cable
